1. Orders will only be place after payment is made.
2. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.
3. No cancellation of order once the order has been processed. Refund will not be given for cancellation of goods.
4. Exchange is only applicable for damaged goods or if customer has received a different item ordered within 2days. (Item will be checked before sending out.)
5. Emails will be reply within 2 working days .
6. Once payment made ,
For instock items, please wait for about 1week or less to get your items.
For pre-order items, futher notice will be given. (Most item are instock unless otherwise stated)
7. We will not be responsible for loss of items through post. Registered postage is strongly recommanded.
8. If item is OOS , full amount will be refunded.
9. Do note that there might be slight colour difference due to the different monitor's resolution.
10. Items sold are non refundable/exchangable.
